At Volcanic Shoots, we partner with Bay Photo Lab for the production and shipping of our photography products. This shipping policy outlines how your orders are handled, shipped, and what to expect in terms of delivery.

 

Shipping Process

Production: Once your order is placed, it goes into production at Bay Photo Lab, known for high-quality photo products.

Shipping: After production, your items are shipped directly from Bay Photo Lab to your specified address.

 

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: Orders typically take 1-7 business days to ship out from Bay Photo Lab, depending on the product type and destination. Transit times can vary but generally range from 2 to 7 business days within the continental U.S.

International Shipping: For international orders, delivery can take 1-4 weeks. Please note that we do not cover duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees for international shipments.

 

Shipping Costs

Domestic: Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total and destination. For detailed pricing, please refer to the checkout process where costs will be displayed.

International: Shipping costs for international orders are determined at checkout. For large or special orders, we recommend contacting us for a shipping quote.

 

Shipping Methods

Bay Photo Lab selects the most cost-effective carrier for your shipment. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Drop Ship Packaging: Your products are shipped in generic, white-label packaging; no invoices or branding from Bay Photo will be included, ensuring a professional presentation for your end customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package via the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.

 

Large Prints and Special Handling

Crate and Freight: Items with dimensions over 30" on the short side or 40" on the long side might require crating or freight shipping. Additional charges may apply, which are included in your total at checkout.

Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60: $15.00 (mandatory)

Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60: $20.00 (mandatory)

For custom sizes or large quantities, please contact us for specific shipping quotes.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Bay Photo ensures careful packaging to prevent damage. However:

If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately with your order number for further instructions.

For lost shipments, contact us within 30 days from the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.

 

Returns Policy

Prints: Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are available on prints. All sales are final.

Damaged Goods: If prints arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost to you, provided you follow the damage reporting process outlined above.

 

Special Considerations

APO Shipping: Orders to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS at full shipping cost.

Expedited Shipping: For rush orders or expedited shipping options, please contact us. Additional fees may apply, but this does not expedite production time, only shipping.
