General Policy All sales from Volcanic Shoots are final due to the custom nature of our photography services and products. However, we understand that exceptions might occur, and our refund policy is outlined below:
Photography Sessions
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellation by Client:
More than 2 Weeks Before Session: You will receive a 60% refund of the session fee.
Within 2 Weeks of the Session: No refunds will be issued.
No shows on the day of the session forfeit all payments.
Cancellation by Photographer: In the unlikely event we must cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Prints and Products
No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our prints and products, no refunds are available once an order has been placed. This includes:
Photographic prints
Albums
Canvas prints
Metal prints
Any other custom photo product
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error from our end (e.g., wrong image printed):
Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage or error.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds are not provided in these cases; instead, replacements are offered.
Digital Files
Digital files, once delivered, are non-refundable.
Special Events and Packages
For packages or special event bookings (e.g., weddings, corporate events):
Cancellation policy as per session bookings applies unless otherwise specified in the event contract.
Payment Processing
Any refunds issued will be processed through the original method of payment, subject to the conditions above. Processing times for refunds depend on your bank's or payment provider's policies.
